Dr. Cameron Robert
DMDDr. Cameron Robert, DMD
Dr. Cameron Robert, DMD grew up in Dunwoody, GA. She attended Elon University in Elon, North Carolina where she earned a Bachelors of Science in Biology. Dr. Robert then received her dental degree from the Dental College of Georgia.
During school, she held several leadership positions on her class executive board, Operation Smile, and Student Chapter of the American Association for Pediatric Dentistry, and completed a research project focused on the efficacy of restorative dental materials.
Dr. Robert is passionate about providing patients with the highest quality care with the utmost compassion.
In her free time, Dr. Robert spends time walking along the canal with her dog, trying new recipes she finds on Pinterest, and “talking shop” with her husband who is a pediatric dental resident at the Dental College of Georgia.
Dr. Amber N. Ivey, DMD
Dr. Amber N. Ivey, DMD grew up in Warrenton, Georgia, where she attended elementary, middle, and high school. She attended Fort Valley State University obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in biology followed by the Dental College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia. After completing her professional graduate program in May of 2017 completed a two year General Practice Residency at Dental College of Georgia in 2019.
Dr. Ivey is a highly skilled oral health professional with diversified experience in various dental procedures. She has continued her passion for dentistry as a private practice dentist and thoroughly enjoys the opportunity to serve the local community and people of the greater CSRA.
Apart from her profession, Dr. Ivey is a proud member of the Augusta Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated. There she devotes her efforts to aiding in the community outreach projects and exemplifying a servant leader.

Dental Hygienist & Practice AdvisorGwen, Dental Hygienist & Practice Advisor
Gwen brings 22 years of dental experience in various duties (including dental assistant, dental hygiene and practice advisor) to Augusta Family Dental. As a dental hygienist, her focus is on providing high quality care to her patients and educating them on how to maintain good oral hygiene. She is committed to making hygiene appointments a comfortable and positive experience by learning about your dental history, listening to your concerns and helping you plan for a healthy future. As practice advisor she always strives to be aware of patient needs, whether it is dental treatment, time concerns or financial arrangements.
Outside of office hours, Gwen enjoys spending time with her family, friends, shopping and traveling. Some of her other interests include crafting and decorating.
Wakia

Wakia is a native of Augusta, Georgia with 14 years of experience as a dental assistant. Her years of experience have instilled a passion for the dental field. Wakia’s dedication to serving patients with the best of her abilities encouraged her to pursue a Bachelors Degree of Science in Dental Hygiene at Augusta University. This recent 2020 graduate is dedicated to serving her community by helping patients achieve quality oral care when they visit Augusta Family Dental.
Outside of work, Wakia is the mother of an awesome daughter. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time at the beach and basking in the sun.

Dr. Cherie Murray
Dr. Cherie Murray
Dr. Cherie Murray has been practicing dentistry since 2016. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology/Anthropology from Agnes Scott College, then went on to attend dental school at the Dental College of Georgia.
Dr. Murray completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Program in Tucson, AZ through the NYU-Langone health system. She was able to gain advanced training while treating populations lacking access to dental care. Her passion is found in educating and treating the oral health needs of underserved populations, particularly children. She also serves as Adjunct Faculty at the Dental College of Georgia.
Dr. Murray has a heart for mentorship and philanthropy as she is actively involved in several community organizations, such as: Successteam, LAUNCH Augusta, The Friends of Richmond County Library, Augusta Tech Dental Assisting Advisory Board, Helping Hands-Aiken, SC. She is a member of the following professional organizations: American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association, and Georgia Dental Society where she currently serves as Vice-President. Dr. Murray is also a member of the historic Tabernacle Baptist Church in Augusta, GA, and a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.
Dr. Murray is accepting new patients and is excited to become part of the family here at Augusta Family Dental.

Kelley was born in Houston, Texas, but her family moved to Augusta in 1989. She finished her dental education in 2009 at Georgia State in Atlanta. Her inspiration for dentistry began while watching her hygienist, Sara, who is now one of Kelley’s co-workers. Kelley focuses on a gentle and thorough approach to dentistry, while giving her patients the best plan of action for their oral health.
Her husband and 3-year-old son moved from Atlanta to Augusta in 2021 to be closer to family. They enjoyed being able to walk to their cousin’s house down the street and explore all the different parks in the area. Kelley’s hobbies over the years include tennis, camping, backpacking, hiking, piano, crafting, and family time. Kelley loves getting to meet new patients and looks forward to meeting you!
